Whoa nelly the critiques on this product had me scared I'd wind up with a sodden mess of oil on my head. But, mainly because I'm crazy like a fox (is that the saying?), I went ahead and bought anyway. Why oh why, do you ask, would I buy even with the negative evaluations? A single answer. Most of the reviews I read that had been unfavorable talked about brushing it by means of the hair and/or didn't indicate that it was made use of on curls. Let me say, I do not feel the other reviewers are liars, I just don't feel this is the proper product for their hair kind. My hair is curly, a little coarse, and fairly dry. I do not have the oily problem if I don't shampoo for a day (or three). I have made use of the TIGI Rockaholic dry shampoo and the Batiste dry shampoo as well. They function OK for me but not practically as nicely as this. Portion of the dilemma is that I just can not "brush the product by means of my hair." COME ON. If you are a curly like me you know there is no brushing of the hair soon after it is dry. I've read the other critiques of this item and disagree with most of them. 1st off, this product is for dry/curly hair. So, the woman with oily hair...you are employing the incorrect item. Secondly, the directions state that you will need to rub your hair with a towel to eliminate the oils...not let it dry naturally, or brush it out.
