This product absorbed excess oil in my hair and gave it a fresher look, allowing me to use it immediately after light workouts and to skip the full shower. This was a huge time saver for those days I fit in a swift workout on my lunch break. Nonetheless, the white powder at times stuck to my scalp and was frequently tricky to work into my hair.
